| This new award-winning best buy 2021 Vidal Icewine Vintages Essential has a bright gold colour and a very sweet, honeyed, intense, ripe apple puree nose with some citrusy, butterscotch notes. Sweet, medium to medium-full bodied, gently viscous, smooth, honeyed, spicy, ripe apple puree, orange marmalade and a lingering, apricot-brown-sugar-tinged finish. Has 10% alcohol and 267 g/L residual sugar with a hefty refreshing 10.8 g/L total acidity. |
