| This ripe, rounded, ready-to-drink, crowd-pleasing Limoux Chardonnay has 30% aged in 1-year-old Burgundy barrels and 70% in tank on Viogier lees - both for 3 months. Pale straw colour with an intense, rather spicy, ripe, lemon-melon-apple-pear purée nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, harmonious, bright, spicy, gently toasty, ripe, lemon-apple-melon flavours with a lingering, crisp finish. This newly designated “Vins de France” (formerly IGP Pays d'Oc) has 13% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L24051 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Try with roast chicken. |

Round and textured, with simple apple pith and nectarines in the pristine yet flavorful palate. Lots of fruit in the round, medium- to full-bodied palate. Drink now.
