TASTING NOTE: This semi-sweet wine is made from Saperavi grapes (a variety native to Georgia) harvested late in the season. The wine's natural sweetness is balanced by fresh acidity to achieve an elegant, velvety wine that would pair beautifully with roasted meats and salted cheeses. |
