MÉTHODE CLASSIQUE BRUT SPARKLING Traditional method, Nova Scotia
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer BENJAMIN BRIDGE
This blend of L’Acadie and Chardonnay was grown in the Gaspereau Valley near Wolfville. It has a bright medium-light straw colour with some extremely tiny bubbles. Intense, quite complex, leesy-minerally, lemon-apple nose with some hints of toast. Very dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, youthful, very fresh, apple-lemon flavours with citrusy-brioche notes on the lingering finish. Only 112 cases of 6 of this ready-to-drink crowd-pleaser are available at Vintages. It has 12% alcohol, 7 g/L residual sugar and a hefty 8.5 g/L total acidity with lot number L23199 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 528752
