| Very bright pale straw colour. Spicy, slightly honeyed, bright, ripe, apple-pear-yellow-grapefruit nose with some mineral-tinged, very faintly herbal notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, gently tangy, fresh, ripe, lemon-melon-apple-pear flavours with a lingering, bright, mineral-tinged finish. Great with seafood and/or poultry, it’s ready-to-drink. This 100% Verdejo has 13.5% alcohol, 2 g/L residual sugar and 6 g/L total acidity. It is lees-aged for 2-3 months in concrete tanks. Screwcap closure. |
