| This tasty 2020 methode traditionelle is the highest scoring vintage to date and now has 25 months of lees aging. Bright light straw colour with streams of tiny bubbles. Intense, gently spicy, bright, ripe, apple-melon-lemon nose with some faint buttery brioche notes. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, slightly spicy, tangy, fresh, citrusy, apple-lemon flavours with a crisp finish. This 100% Riesling is sophisticated and ready-to-drink with 12% alcohol and a terrific 10.9 g/L total acidity with lot number 27/06/23 on the lower part of the glass bottle. |
