Extremely pale straw colour. Gently grassy, slightly spicy, fresh, youthful, intense, ripe, lemon-apple-grapefruit nose. Dry, medium bodied, mineral-tinged, spicy, gently grassy, intense, fresh, ripe, melon-lemon-apple-grapefruit flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, minerally finish. Nicely structured and will improve with another year or so in bottle. Has 13.5% alcohol and under 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number 22220 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure.
