UNSHACKLED SAUVIGNON BLANC 2021 California
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer THE PRISONER WINE COMPANY
NEW in Vintages. Extremely pale straw colour. The zesty, slightly spicy, bright, fresh, lemony-grassy nose shows lots of minerality. It is very dry, medium bodied, bright, slightly spicy and gently grassy on the palate with some lemony apple notes on the lingering finish. The website says that this 2021 is a California blend of Sauvignon Blanc with Viognier, Chenin Blanc and Roussanne. It has 14.1% alcohol, under 2 g/L residual sugar and comes in a heavy glass bottle.
