| New in Vintages. This 100% Xinomavro has a medium-deep red colour with a faint hint of amber on the edges. Gently rustic, mineral-tinged, faintly earthy, sandalwood-tinged nose (shades of Nebbiolo) with ripe Damson plum fruit. Very dry, medium bodied, gently grippy, nicely structured, ripe plum flavours with a lingering, bright, sandalwood-cedar finish and some hints of licorice. Has 13.5% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L-18-52 on the back label. Great with lamb or a well marbled Local Natural Ribeye Steak from The Butcher Shoppe. |

| TASTING NOTE: This wine is sourced from 30-year-old vines. Xinomavro shares many similarities to the Italian Nebbiolo grape, with a medium ruby colour, fierce tannins and complex, rustic flavours and aromas. This Greek specialty offers notes of red cherry, leather, black licorice, and baking spice. Pair with roast lamb and kalamata olives or cellar for another 5+ years.
