| This NEW CMS Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Syrah and 2% Merlot has a deep very intense purple colour. Attractive, gently spicy, intense, ripe, Damson plum and black-cherry-cassis-tinged fruit on the nose with some elegant cedary notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, harmonious, very slightly spicy, intense, ripe, plum-black-cherry-cassis fruit flavours with a lingering, bright, very well structured, gently cedary finish. Lovely mouthfeel and fine aging potential, it has 14.5% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 115D1 on the lower part of the glass bottle. |
