Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer COPPOLA
This NEW in Vintages 2021 Sonoma Appellation Series Chardonnay is the best value Chardonnay I have ever tasted from Coppola. All the excessive oak and tropical flavours have disappeared. Bright medium straw colour. Attractive, fresh, slightly spicy, ripe, lemon-apple meringue nose with some very gently toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, well structured, bright, ripe, lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, mineral-tinged, well balanced, still bright finish. According to the LCBO it has 14.1% alcohol and under 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L2522187 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 32819
