| Medium straw colour. Extremely attractive, gently complex, slightly nutty, intense, lemon-apple nose with lots of mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, surprisingly well structured, slightly spicy with typical Pecorino nuttiness with ripe, lemon-apple meringue flavours and a lingering, refreshing, mineral-tinged finish. NEW in Vintages - it is extremely well done and at a great price. It has 13% alcohol, 6.4 g/L total acidity and actually only 3.3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L23187 (freshly bottled on July 6, 2023). |

| TASTING NOTE: This is a really gorgeous organic pecorino that speaks quality from start to finish. Look for luscious fruit in the flavour profile, mainly in the white-flesh range, paired with vibrant, clean acidity that refreshes with every sip.
