LA CUVÉE BRUT CHAMPAGNE AC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer LAURENT-PERRIER
This just-tasted ex-Vintages release (now General list) has a bright light straw colour with streams of tiny bubbles. Very attractive, intense, ripe, lemon-apple meringue nose with warm toasty brioche notes. Dry, medium bodied, fairly rich, ripe, lemon-apple meringue flavours with a long, bright, gently complex, harmonious, toasty finish. Nicely structured with fine effervescence and quite ready to enjoy. This tasty blend of 53% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir and 14% Pinot Meunier has 12% alcohol and about 10 g/L residual sugar has lot number LP73C126222P on the on the lower part of the glass bottle suggesting that it might have been disgorged on May 6, 2022 after spending more than four years on the lees. More than 70% of the grapes come from the 2017 vintage. CSPC 25068
