| This third Vintages release of the 2021 has a very bright pale salmon-pink colour. Spicy, honeyed, juicy, cantalope nose with some blackberry notes. Off dry gently sweet, medium bodied, harmonious, spicy, juicy, faintly tropical, melon-apple purée flavours with a lingering, fairly bright, fresh cantalope-honeydew finish. This ready-to-drink Pinot-Noir-based crowd-pleaser has 12.9% alcohol and 21 g/L of residual sugar. A very pleasant sunny day Fall afternoon sipper. Screwcap closure. |
