Very faintly ambering medium garnet colour. Attractive, bright, intense, gently complex, ripe, plum-black-cherry-cassis nose with some minerally, sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, nicely structured and well balanced with bright, slightly spicy, harmonious, ripe, plum-crancherry-cassis flavours followed up by a lingering, very gently cedary, wild raspberry finish. Quite ready-to-drink but will still improve. Fermented in 60hL oak tonneau and then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 20% new. Full malolactic fermentation in barrel. This unfiltered 100% PEC Pinot Noir has 12.2% and less than 2 g/L residual sugar. Screwcap closure and 550 cases produced. CSPC 265074
