FLEUR DE SYRAH 2021 AP Costières de Nîmes
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer MICHEL GASSIER
This NEW in Vintages Rhone blend of 95% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre has deep intense purple colour. The intense nose shows heaps of forward juicy fruit - ripe plums, sour cherries and cassis - with some savoury, spicy, minerally notes. Dry, medium-deep quite well structured, slightly spicy, slightly savoury, juicy, smoked raspberry flavours with a lingering, very bright, herbal finish. Ready-to-drink, it would work will with bbq meats, especially lamb. It has 13.5% alcohol and under 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L3065A3 on the lower part of the glass bottle. CSPC 33009
