Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer RENATO RATTI
Pale light straw in colour with mineral-driven, gently complex, faintly spicy, youthful, fresh, intense,lemon-apple-melon aromas. Dry, medium bodied, extremely bright, surprisingly intense, gently tangy, lemon-apple-melon fruit followed up by a youthful, minerally, faintly nutty, grippy notes on the lingering finish. Great mouth feel along with fairly high acidity that makes this a perfect match for oysters. This 100% Chard has 13.5% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L10523 on the back label.. CSPC 17387

TASTING NOTE: This floral, pretty Chardonnay has good elegance and vibrancy. It was fermented in both stainless steel and barriques, assuring brightly defined fruit as well as depth and weight. It's a charming, complex wine, with a snappy citrus core alongside tropical fruit, grapefruit, pie crust, and a delicate touch of honey. Drink through 2027. Price $ 27.95
