Bright very pale straw colour. Intense, slightly spicy, youthful, ripe apple-lemon nose with lots of grassy-mineral notes with just a hint of rhubarb compote. Dry, medium bodied, quite well structured, mineraly, gently grassy, ripe apple-lemon compote flavours with a lingering, lively, fresh finish. Delicious and very well-priced, this best buy should be on your release hit list. It has 12.5% alcohol and under 3 g/L residual sugar with number 221223 on the lower part of the glass bottle.
