| This 8th Vintages 2019 Rioja release is one of Valdemar’s best. Fairly deep garnet colour with an amber edge. Intense, gently complex, slightly spicy, very cedary, ripe, plummy-cherry-cassis nose with some slightly earthy, sandalwood notes. Dry, medium-to-medium-full bodied, well structured, bright, intense, warm, ripe, plum-cassis flavours with a lingering, nicely textured finish. Excellent value, try with roasted meats. it has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number LINS193123 on the lower part of the glass bottle. |
