NEW in Vintages. This youthful 2022 has a bright light straw colour and a slightly spicy, fairly intense, gently complex, ripe, lemon-apple nose with some slightly toasty notes. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, slightly spicy, mineral-tinged, yellow plum and bruised apple-lemon flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, gently toasty, youthful finish. Aged for 5 months in 5 months in amphorae (77%) and
23% neutral oak. Still evolving, it has 12.9% alcohol, 2.6 g/L residual sugar and 6.7 g/L total acidity with lot number L002 on the back label. |
