Versatile and ready to drink, this well crafted fermented in the bottle Chard hits the spot in terms of price and quality. Perfect for Thanksgiving celebrations. Bright pale yellow colour. Fairly intense, slightly spicy, lemon-apple meringue fruit on the nose with a faint of hint of toast. Dry, medium bodied, bright, nicely structured. ripe lemon-apple meringue flavours with a lingering, bright, citrusy, gently toasty, fairly effervescence finish. This 100% Chardonnay has 12% alcohol and 6 g/L residual sugar spent four years aging in the bottle before being disgorged in June 2022.
