GENERATIONS RIESLING 2021 Qualitätswein
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer PAULY
Bright medium straw colour. Intense, spicy, ripe, apple-melon meringue nose with lots of mineral notes. Off dry, medium bodied, spicy, bright, harmonious, fresh, ripe, apple fruit with some gently complex (due to 5 months aging on fine less), lemony meringue notes and a lingering, fairly zesty finish. Terrific with spicy cuisine - a real crowd-pleaser. It has 10.5% alcohol, 19 g/L residual sugar and a hefty 8.2g/L of total acidity with lot number APN 25893003722 on the back label. Screwcap closure. CSPC 21033
