Vintage Assessments Tasting Note |

ESTATE PAPAIOANNOU |
NEW in Vintages. Fairly deep intense bright purple colour. Rather spicy, ripe, plummy nose with some minerally red cherry notes. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, harmonious, bright, ripe, plummy-raspberry flavours with a lingering, fairly crisp, sandalwood-tinged finish. A perfect ready-to-drink red with lamb skewers hot off the grill. Aged for 12 months in new oak barrels, this 100% organic Agiorgitikohas 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L0121 on the back label. |
