| From the heart of Roussillon this new 2022 is a very well priced crowd-pleaser. Bright pale salmon colour, it has a slightly spicy, ripe plum-apple nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied and slightly spicy with ripe, fresh, plum-raspberry purée flavours are followed up with a lingering, unoaked, bright finish. Ready-to-drink, it would work well with vegetarian dishes, seafood and even poultry. This blend of Grenache and Syrah has 12.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with the lot number L23079C on the lower part of the glass bottle. |
