Midi's Wine Master Jean-Marc LAFAGE presents his new 2021Cotes du Roussillon Blanc called SAINT-ROCH CORBAROL It has a bright pale straw colour and a youthful, slightly spicy, very fresh, melon-lemon-pear nose with some floral-mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, fresh, ripe, lemon-melon-apple flavours with a lingering, mineral-tinged, crisp, unoaked finish. This delicious, versatile, ready-to-drink blend of 80% Grenache Blanc and 20% Roussanne has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L22263B on the lower part of the glass bottle.
