Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, very slightly spicy, ripe, apricot-winter-melon fruit with a lingering, well balanced, bright, crisp finish. This tasty blend of mostly Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir and Pinot Meunier has 12.5% alcohol, 3 g/L residual sugar and about 6 g/L total acidity.
