Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, bright, harmonious, crisp, fresh, ripe, red-apple-melon-cherry flavours with a lingering, crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish. TASTING NOTE: Niagara's climate encourages wines with a driving fresh acidity, and this superb rosé from one of the region's most renowned producers is a mouth-watering example. It shows lifted, brightly articulated cherry, strawberry, melon and spice, with refined structure. A wine that will enhance any meal. [The National Wine Awards of Canada did not include a tasting note.] Score - 90 (National Wine Awards of Canada, 2022) |
