| NEW in Vintages. This 100% Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso has a deep intense purple colour. The nose is intense with lots of maturing, ripe, plum-black-currant fruit plus some iron-tinged, sandalwood notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, intense, robust, still faintly tannic, firm, ripe plum flavours with a lingering, somewhat grippy, slightly savoury, mouthfilling finish. Try with a rib steak. It has 14% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L RF18N1 on the back label. |
