BROUILLY 2020 AC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer CHÂTEAU DES TOURS
PerBright fairly deep purple colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, bright, ripe, plum-cherry purée nose. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, bright, gently juicy, ripe, fresh, plum-cherry-raspberry purée flavours with a lingering, refreshing, lifted finish. Ready-to-drink and great with roast chicken and perhaps salmon. This 100% Gamay from the Cru Brouilly region has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. The grapes are partly destemmed before fermentation and macerated on the skins for two weeks with regular punching down for colour and flavour extraction. CSPC 637835
