| Bright pale salmon pink colour. Attractive, intense, slightly spicy, gently floral, wild strawberry, plum-apple nose with some mineral notes. Dry, medium bodied, fairly intense, bright, fresh, ripe, strawberry-plum-red-cherry flavours with a lingering, nicely structured, mineral-tinged finish. This new blend of 88% Pinot Noir, 6% Viognier and 6% Chardonnay has 12.9% alcohol and .8 g/L residual sugar with 6.4 g/L total acidity spent 5 months in neutral oak. A versatile, well-made, premium, organic Rose that will still improve with another 6-9 months of aging. |
