MUSCADET SÈVRE ET MAINE 2021 AP
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer REMY PANNIER
Here is an excellent 100% Melon de Bourgogne which is the signature grape of the Loire Valley’s Sèvre et Maine region. Bright light straw in colour, the attractive nose is gently spicy, youthful and very bright with ripe, fresh, lemon-melon-apple-white-peach aromatics and lots of mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied albeit nicely textured with slightly spicy, fresh, ripe, lemon-melon-apple flavours with a crisp, unoaked, mineral-tinged finish. Well balanced, ready-to-drink and perfect with oysters, seafood and chowder. This best buy has 11.5% alcohol and virtually 2 g/L residual sugar with a screwcap closure. CSPC 13821
