Bright salmon-pink colour with streams of tiny bubbles. Attractive, intense, gently complex, very faintly toasty, ripe plum nose with some hints of raspberry, lemon and apple. Dry, medium bodied, nicely textured, rounded, gently complex, ripe, plum-red-cherry fruit flavours with a lingering, bright, fairly effervescent finish. This blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay has 12.5% and 8 g/L residual sugar with F1DBF1 on the cork. NEW in Vintages and ready to enjoy. CSPC 31540
