TRIOMPHE ORGANIC PINOT NOIR 2021 Vegan, VQA Niagara Peninsula
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer SOUTHBROOK
This organic 2021 is a red Pinot Noir - not a rose as described in the posted LCBO tasting note. It has a medium-light red colour. Elegant, attractive aromatics - roses, Damson plum and fraise de bois all of which carry over perfectly to the palate, which is dry, medium bodied, harmonious and bright with a crisp, lively, lingering, mineral-tinged finish. A great choice for fresh salmon and poultry. It has 12.5% alcohol and. 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number 20210429 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Screwcap closure.
