TAVEL ROSÉ 2022 AC
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer CHÂTEAU D'AQUÉRIA
This tasty classic French rose has a bright pale violet-reddish colour. Intense, spicy, youthful, red-apple-plum nose with some slightly leesy, floral, mineral notes. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, gently spicy, youthful, ripe apple-plum-raspberry flavours with a lingering, bright, fresh, crisp finish. Versatile - would work well with salmon and/or roast chicken. The entire Southern Rhone commune of Tavel is solely dedicated 100% to Rosé - no reds or whites. This blend of 45% Grenache, 20% Clairette, 15% Cinsault, 8% Mourvèdre, 6% Syrah, 4% Bourboulenc and 2% Picpoul has 14% alcohol and under 2 g/L residual sugar with a lot number LT3004 on the back label.
