| This fruit-driven 2020 Niagara Gamay was fermented with 28% whole fruit clusters which augmented the harmony, flavour and texture of this very tasty Gamay. Bright fairly deep red colour, the nose is attractively perfumed with some hints of violets on ripe plum-stawberry fruit. Dry, medium bodied, harmonious, very slightly spicy, bright, ripe, plum-cherry-stawberry fruit flavours with a lingering, well-textured, sandalwood-tinged, minerally finish. Has 13% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. A REPEAT of the 2020 (-) was released on September 10, 2022 at $24.95. |
