Bright lightish garnet red colour. Elegant, very pleasant, gently spicy, plummy, ripe apple-raspberry nose with some sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, slightly spicy, fresh, ripe, youthful, plum-cherry-apple flavours with a lingering, fairly crisp, sandalwood-tinged finish. Quite nicely structured and shows easy drinkability. It has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar and was aged for 12 months in Allier oak barrels of medium grain with a light toast. CSPC 259762
