| This attractive, ready-to-drink, tasty 2021 organic Gamay has a bright medium violet-red colour with a gently spicy, fresh, vibrant, raspberry-strawberry fruit driven nose, It’s dry, medium to medium-light bodied and very fresh with bright, ripe, plum-strawberry-raspberry fruit flavours with a lingering, mineral-tinged finish. It has 12.5% alcohol with and 2 g/L residual sugar and underwent a wild ferment on its skins for 14 days before ageing for nine months in neutral French oak. Screwcap closure. |

| TASTING NOTE: This vegan-friendly wine underwent a wild ferment on its skins for 14 days before ageing for nine months in neutral French oak. The result is a lithe, supple wine bursting with surprisingly intense character given the delicacy of the framing. Strawberry rhubarb pie, cherry, cranberry, raspberry and redcurrant launch from the glass like a rocket ship wrapped in a ribbon. |
