Sweet, medium bodied, very spicy, juicy, ripe, harmonious, plummy-cherry-apple flavours with a lingering faintly cedary finish. This traditional 100% Saperavi has 12% alcohol and 38 g/L residual sugar. It is bright and ready-to-drink, perhaps you might want to serve it slightly chilled. |
