TASTING NOTE: This PG was grown in gravelly soils in Bolzano, whose vineyards are known for creating wines with subtle smoky aromas. It was forged in temperature-controlled stainless steel, keeping the emphasis on freshness and crispness. Expect evocations of apple and pear with hints of honey and pistachio and pair with stuffed mushrooms or seafood appetizers.
