Very light pale salmon-tinged straw colour with only modest effervescence visible. Attractive, faintly spicy, gently toasty, lemon-apple meringue nose. Fairly dry, medium bodied, well balanced, very slightly spicy, ripe, raspberry-plum, lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, bright, fairly fresh, crisp finish. A crowd-pleasing, well balanced, ready-to-drink, Traditional method blend of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay that was aged for over two years on the lees.
