TOKO VINEYARD CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2018 Paraje Altamira, Valle de Uco, Mendoza
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer ZAHA
This NEW in Vintages 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Mendoza’s Toko Vineyard is a real destination from those for ripe, rounded, well structured reds that are drinkable now. It has a very deep intense purple colour and a lovely, ripe, Damsom plum nose with some gently cedary, raspberry notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied and well balanced, the plummy-cassis-raspberry fruit are perfectly balanced by just a touch of oak and bright minerally notes. Ready-to-drink, it was microvinfied in small bins using only natural yeasts with 10-20% whole clusters and than aged for 14 months in used French oak. It has 13.5% alcohol, 2 g/L residual sugar and about 5.5 g/L total acidity with lot number 22096 on the back label. CSPC 28080
