| This is the sixth time this GRAN RESERA has appeared in in Vintages and has now been specially reduced by $5 for the LCBO. It has fairly deep intense purple-red colour with garnet at the edges. The nose shows lovely complexity with spicy, cedary, pencil shavings and lots of ripe, plum-cherry fruit plus some coconut-mocha-vanilla-bean notes. Dry, medium-full bodied, very well structured, slightly spicy, intense, ripe, fairly dense, warm, ripe, plum-cherry flavours with a long, lingering, gently cedary, bright, cassis-sandalwood-tinged finish. This elegant blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Greciano has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L224KT1 on the lower part of the glass bottle. It is still getting better every day. |

| TASTING NOTE: An elegant red, with a bright beam of cherry wrapped in a bow of vanilla and cedar. Shows a firm edge of tannins lining the long finish, but food or a few years of aging will take care of that. Fine balance and length. Tempranillo and Graciano. Drink now through 2032.
