TASTING NOTE: An impressive value, this chalky, salty Fronsac offers the impression of great freshness and an abundance of red and black fruit at their peak of ripeness. Notes of blackberry, flint and lightly toasty oak are well integrated and complementary. Quite polished but lively. Both satisfying and refreshing with very good length. Best now to 2026. Tasted March 2022. Score - 90 (Sara d'Amato, winealign.com) |
