| Medium-deep red colour. Intense, alluring, very bright, slightly spicy, floral, ripe, raspberry-plum nose with some mineral-sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, nicely structured, very slightly spicy, gently tangy, ripe, plum-red-cherry flavours with a lingering, gently cedary, sandalwood-tinged finish. Quite ready to drink, this crowd-pleasing, elegant blend of 95% Nerello Mascalese and 5% Nerello Cappuccio has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with the same lot number LTR1813722 on the back label. A REPEAT of the best buy 2018 (***) that was released on September 10, 2022 at $24.95. |
