Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer COLAB AND BLOOM

It has a fairly deep intense purple colour and an intense, juicy, somewhat smoky, ripe, black cherry purée nose with some cedar, cassis and black cardamom notes. On the palate, it’s dry, medium bodied and quite well structured with lots of rich, ripe, black cherry fruit along with a lingering, smoky, cedary, spicy finish. It has 14.5% alcohol and 3 g/L residual sugar with lot number L211116 on the back label. Screwcap closure. CSPC 26876
