Bright light straw colour. Attractive, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, ripe, apple-lemon nose with some floral, faintly leesy, mineral notes. Gently off dry, medium bodied, quite structured, spicy, honeyed,ripe, apple-melon-yellow-grapefruit flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, mineral-tinged finish. Harmonious, well balanced and ready-to-drink. Versatile and ready-to-drink. Has 10% alcohol and 19 g/L residual sugar with lot number APN 260636504922 on the back label. CSPC 21031
