CHÂTEAU LES PINS DE BOSSUET 2015 AC Bordeaux Supérieur
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer
This surprisingly tasty, bargain-priced, Bordeaux blend of 64% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc and 18% Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense deep garnet colour and plenty of lively fruit on the nose focused on still-fresh, bright, plummy, ripe crancherry fruit. Dry, medium bodied and quite well structured with ripe, plum-cherry-cassis flavours with a harmonious, lingering, very faintly licorice-tinged, minerally finish. Barrel-aged for 15 months, it has 14% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar. NEW in Vintages and not to be missed. CSPC 26305
