Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer TOSCOLO
Fairly deep purple colour. Slightly spicy, ripe plum nose with some faintly earthy sandalwood notes. Dry, medium bodied, tangy, slightly spicy, ripe plum flavours on the lingering, fairly high acid, sandalwood-tinged, somewhat grippy finish. Fairly ready-to-drink, this blend of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon has 13% alcohol and 4 g/L residual sugar with lot number L22-279 on the lower part of the glass bottle. Best with tomato-based dishes. CSPC 19521
