| Medium deep purple-red colour. Elegant, very slightly spicy, ripe plum nose with hints of cherry and a faint touch of cedar. Dry, medium to medium-light bodied, elegant, very slightly spicy, bright, ripe plum-cherry flavours with a tangy, fresh, gently woodsy finish. Tasty and quite ready-to-drink, Fixin is a small commune in the Côte de Nuits and this one would be perfect with salmon and even turkey. It has 13.5% alcohol and 2 g/L residual sugar with lot number L1923953 on the lower part of the glass bottle. |

The palate has the same generous, rounded fruit and displays all the ripeness of 2018, held together by freshness and a web of tannin. The finish has lovely balance.
