DIAMOND COLLECTION CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2019 Paso Robles
Vintage Assessments Tasting Note Producer COPPOLA
NEW in Vintages. Bright deep intense purple colour. Attractive, juicy, ripe, plum-black-cherry-cassis nose with lots of toasty notes. Dry, medium to medium-full bodied, well structured, fairly juicy, ripe, intense, plummy, black cherry fruit flavours with a lingering, bright, gently cedary, blueberry-tinged finish. A definite new-world-styled Cabernet Sauvignon crowd-pleaser that has 13.5% alcohol and 5 g/L residual sugar with lot number L2522056 on the lower part of the glass bottle. This blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6%
Petit Verdot, 4% Petite Sirah and 1% Tannat was aged for 10 months in French oak. It is quite ready-to-drink.
